TERMS & CONDITIONS
These are the standard terms that will govern our professional services agreement. Please review the terms carefully. If any provision is unclear or requires modification to suit your particular needs, please let us know before commencing any project with us so that we may discuss appropriate alternatives.
PAYMENT
Deposits, Final Payments and Delivery
•
A 50% deposit is required before commencement of a project. An invoice will be sent via email with payment of the deposit expected within 30 days of issue.
•
Upon payment of the deposit, you are accepting these terms and conditions and entering a contract with Jeegly Media Pte Ltd.
•
Deposits are non-refundable.
•
Final payment is due upon project completion and before the release of complete work and files. We reserve the right to withhold delivery until final payment is received.
•
We reserve the right to charge you for any fees incurred from additional requests and revisions to be made to the invoice.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
General Preparation Time
•
Depending on the project, our work typically requires a minimum of two weeks from commencement to completion. This timeframe ensures that we can deliver high-quality results that meet your expectations.
•
The preparation period includes the time needed for initial discussions, planning, creative development, and any necessary revisions.
Express Service Fee
•
If you require any deliverables by an earlier date than the standard two-week preparation period, a 50% express fee may be applied to the total price of the project.
•
This express fee accounts for the additional resources and expedited workflow required to meet the accelerated timeline.
Additional Revisions
•
For any of our services, any requests for more than three revisions will be subject to additional charges at our discretion
•
This policy ensures that we can maintain a high standard of quality and dedication to each project.
OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT
Materials and Final Deliverables
•
All preparatory materials remain the property of Jeegly Media Pte Ltd. Final deliverables become the client's property upon final payment.
•
Without full payment, Jeegly Media Pte Ltd retains ownership and may repurpose existing work for portfolio or other projects.
•
Jeegly Media Pte Ltd reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio (website, social media and media features) unless an NDA has been signed and is in place.
•
Final payment ensures that only the agreed final design becomes your property. Any previous ideas/concepts remain ours, unless any prior agreement has been made.
•
No raw photos, video footage or working files will be shared with clients. Only final deliverables will be provided. Exception: Raw files can be provided if the client pays an agreeable amount, to be discussed and approved in writing.
TRADEMARK AND LEGAL
Legal Matters and Advice
•
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their project names and materials are legally available for use.
•
Jeegly Media Pte Ltd does not offer legal advice regarding copyrights, trademarks and other matters.
PROJECT CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Our Cancellation Policy
•
No full refunds will be given should a project be cancelled midway. A portion may be refunded depending on the work completed.
•
Jeegly Media Pte Ltd may suspend a project due to excessive micromanagement or non-payment, with notice provided to remedy the situation.
•
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot will forfeit the deposit.
•
Rescheduling is possible with at least 72 hours' notice without penalty.
Revisions
•
Each project includes up to three revisions. Additional revisions will be subject to additional charges at our hourly rate.
Force Majeure
•
Jeegly Media Pte Ltd is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or governmental actions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Jeegly Media Pte Ltd is not legally responsible for any loss or damage related to the use of our services, including any amendments, errors, or omissions in our documents, designs, information, or any goods or services offered.
•
This disclaimer includes the use or reliance on any third-party content, links, comments, or advertisements.
•
Your use of, or reliance on, any information or materials we produce, amend, or design is entirely at your own risk, and Jeegly Media Pte Ltd shall not be liable.
Accuracy and Errors
•
You acknowledge that aforementioned materials may contain inaccuracies or errors.
•
Jeegly Media Pte Ltd expressly excludes liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Originality and Plagiarism
•
All designs presented by Jeegly Media Pte Ltd will be original and, to the best of our knowledge, will not infringe on any other work.
•
We perform limited checks to ensure our work does not unintentionally infringe on another’s design, including checks against the WIPO database and reverse image searches.
•
Jeegly Media Pte Ltd assumes no legal responsibility for any loss or damage related to legal issues regarding the originality or authenticity of our work.
•
You agree to perform your own checks and due diligence regarding plagiarism and originality.
•
Should you have any concerns, please discuss them with us prior to commencing work.
